I am a lifelong resident of Cartersville and have worked
in the Bartow County business community for over 40 years. For 20
years, I was an executive in the local banking community. This
experience has enhanced my ability to succeed in handling sales of
industrial, commercial, income producing properties and tracts of land.

| Prior to joining Homestead Properties, Ltd., I spent 11 years with Georgia Commercial Realty, Inc. Preceding my real estate career, I spent over 21 years in the banking and savings & loan industries. This experience afforded me many years of exposure to real estate development, commercial construction, and both commercial and residential real estate lending. I am also a lifetime resident of this community, and have held a real estate license since 2000.
I am a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, the Cartersville-Bartow County Chamber of Commerce, and I currently serve on the board of the Boys and Girls Club of Bartow County.
I have also served on the board of the Cartersville Country Club, the Cartersville Rotary Club, and the local chapter of United Way. Other activities include multiple terms as Chairman of the local chapter of Junior Achievement, and as Chairman of a non-profit Daycare Center Board of Directors for over 20 years.
My focus as a team member of Homestead Properties, Ltd. are the markets of Bartow and all contiguous counties. I currently have or in the recent past have had numerous listings in Bartow County, as well as Cherokee, Gordon and Polk counties.
